You’re halfway there! If your location has been booked and you’re in the process of hiring vendors, yet still need assistance checking off your “To Do” list, our Partial Planning option will work best for you.  We develop a method to complete your planning within six months of your event date.


A popular package among many of our clients, Partial Planning allows us to offer a large amount of hands on guidance within a particular time frame.  Regardless if you still need help coordinating vendor meetings, comparing vendor pricing, or building a layout for the day, to name a few tasks… we are your girls!  Relax and let us join your planning adventure!

A wonderful alternative for those who have most of their wedding planning complete, but need help tying up the loose ends. This is typically what clients consider a “Day of Coordination” package. We will join your planning journey at 4 weeks prior to the event date. This gives us time to become familiar with your vendors, attend a venue walk through to explore your venue, create our one-of-a-kind timeline, and help with any other last-minute details that may arise.

It’s the day of your event, all of your plans are about to come to fruition, and now you are just ready to say “I Do!” Regardless if you have an On-Site Coordinator, our Helping Hands package is specifically designed to give you just that... Rest assured that all your treasured items will be displayed as envisioned and delicately gathered at the end of your event.
